Very disappointed with Kay's and Jenny's the last few times I have ordered. I am out of town and it's a leap if faith they send a quality arrangement. A recent recipient sent me a photo and I was so embarrassed. the arrangement was sparse and looked liked a budget bouquet. I called to ask them what happened and they were surprised and said they would follow up. I've yet to have heard from them.

Tracey & her staff are the greatest. There's always a great selection of flowers, plants & gift ideas.
