I have tried to come here a few times and unfortunately I never have a good experience. First, even if you have an appointment, they take around 30 minutes to 1 hour to start on your nails. My pedicure was fine but my manicure was awful. My tech recommended the builder gel and did one nail at a time. It literally burned my fingers like it felt like fire and she just told me to take my hands out and put it back in. So I had to do that ten times. I enjoy having my nails done at Kay’s. The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating! The salon is kept pristine and the nail techs aim to please. They also have the most current nail colors and an abundance to choose from. I highly recommend Kay’s! My husband and I had an extended stay in New York this summer. No matter how hard I tried, I could not find a nail salon as nice as Kay’s! When I got home, I immediately went to Kay’s the next day! Rose is a very good technician and she has a beautiful personality! 8-5-25

Very friendly, I broke and chipped my nail, Hanah fixed it and matched the color with our any issues. Love this place!

My technician was wonderful but the style and thickness of my new set was not great. Check out LBY nails in Exeter NH!!! Phenomenal there! Thanks for your response Kay's nails & spa, but I stand by my comment and promotion of an alternative option The large tip i left the technician ($30) emphasizes the appreciation i had for her efforts. But within a week 2 nails fell off and the initial shape and thickness, was not what I requested. I think the experience was partly due to product you use. Not top notch. Thanks again!
