My son just got home from deployment. He ordered his mom flowers for her birthday. They didn't deliver the flowers on Monday. Then called us and asked for directions, so we offered to meet her in town at the grocery store. They said they'd be there in 20 minutes and waited 47 min. We had plans and called back in and let them know we had dinner plans and they offered to deliver them at our home the next day. I ordered an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary! What I payed for is not what she received. The bouquet online was beautiful with short stims in a short vase what she received was long stems not arranged but shoved in a tall vase Poorly with stems of different lengths and not even the same types of flowers

Boy friend in Oklahoma ordered a bouquet for my birthday, they said it was delivered, then said they couldn't find my home, lm in town, l never received them, very disappointing,

I ordered a birthday bouquet on Friday to be delivered in town the following Monday. By 2:45 pm the day of delivery they had not arrived. When I called I was told that the flowers were ready, however by then my recipient was leaving work. The lady I spoke to offered to deliver to the home instead. I was very disappointed as I wanted her to be able to enjoy them for her birthday (which was half over at this point) and at work all week, but I agreed.
