We ordered a funeral floral arrangement for our relative in MO from Kays Floral. We live in PA. We were happy to give our business to what seemed like a small family business. However, when we saw the picture of the arrangement, it did not look anything as advertised in the website. Even to a greater surprise, they overcharged my credit card. I ordered flowers for a birthday gift. The flowers DID NOT look like the bouquet in question. The flowers were wilted and looked absolutely horrible. I complained and was sent a new order which looked better. Kay is cluless to what comes out of her shop. She has no people skills which is bad for bussiness. I will NEVER order from her again. Too expensive as well!
