I ordered an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary! What I payed for is not what she received. The bouquet online was beautiful with short stims in a short vase what she received was long stems not arranged but shoved in a tall vase Poorly with stems of different lengths and not even the same types of flowers
Boy friend in Oklahoma ordered a bouquet for my birthday, they said it was delivered, then said they couldn't find my home, lm in town, l never received them, very disappointing,
I ordered a birthday bouquet on Friday to be delivered in town the following Monday. By 2:45 pm the day of delivery they had not arrived. When I called I was told that the flowers were ready, however by then my recipient was leaving work. The lady I spoke to offered to deliver to the home instead. I was very disappointed as I wanted her to be able to enjoy them for her birthday (which was half over at this point) and at work all week, but I agreed.
