I ordered a birthday bouquet on Friday to be delivered in town the following Monday. By 2:45 pm the day of delivery they had not arrived. When I called I was told that the flowers were ready, however by then my recipient was leaving work. The lady I spoke to offered to deliver to the home instead. I was very disappointed as I wanted her to be able to enjoy them for her birthday (which was half over at this point) and at work all week, but I agreed. We ordered a funeral floral arrangement for our relative in MO from Kays Floral. We live in PA. We were happy to give our business to what seemed like a small family business. However, when we saw the picture of the arrangement, it did not look anything as advertised in the website. Even to a greater surprise, they overcharged my credit card. Upon calling, they advised they would issue a credit on the overcharge which did not post to my account after said days. I am now disputing through my credit card company. It is truly s... read more
