AVOID!!!! This place. Bought my daughter’s prom dress over a month before her first prom. Communication lacks and the seamstresses are not experts. We had to go up there 4 times for a fitting and the day before prom we went and her dress was not fixed. The lady said she would deliver it. Brought it to my daughter did a try in and it looked horrible. Worse than before. She left and left the dress told my daughter she needed to stand up straight!!!! Do NOT order flowers through here. Had to make 3 separate trips to get them because they kept giving a time when they would be ready and never were. Then, they were less than mediocre for what we paid and time spent!
I called 3 times to order an artificial flower wristlet for our granddaughter, spoke to someone twice, let a message once. Went in on Friday and not ready. Went back on Saturday, finally ready but not artificial and was more white than pink and gray, which was NOT what I ordered. First time I was highly disappointed by Kay's crafts!! I had to choose one star or it wouldn't let me post, or I wouldn't have selected any stars.
Very nice and helpful staff! The environment felt very positive!
