Kay’s Affordable HVAC&R was excellent from start to finish. We had them install a 2 zone mini split system for our 2nd floor bedrooms, and the difference is night and day. Luis did a fantastic job. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He walked us through the plan, kept everything clean and organized during the install, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. Luis and his crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the unit they were putting in my house!!! After the work was done Luis explained everything he do to me and gave me the knowledge!! Will definitely recommend Kay’s affordable to my family and friends!!!

Daniel - tech was able to diagnose the problem quickly for an older boiler. Previous company stated the pipes were frozen and could not repair. The other company quoted a 2k estimate for parts and I declined. Very pleased with Kay’s response and work.

Work with this company through choice home warranty and I must say they are very professional and knowledgeable. Even though the warranty company service is misleading the company stay true

Very good on timing and getting the necessary parts needed to fix my boiler. The young man i had was very helpful and knowledgeable.
