I have been looking for some time for a new PC and always worry. But I love Dr. Rivera, he asks the right questions, listens and very responsive
IM IMPRESSED WITH HIM AS MY P.C.P. HE HAS BEEN VERY ATTENTIVE HE ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOU. WHAT IMPRESSES ME MOST IS HE IS NOT QUICK TO MEDICATE THE PATIENT. HE IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE DAMAGING SIDE EFFECTS OF ALL MEDICATIONS AND TAKES THAT INFIRMATION INTO ACCOUNT. MOST DOCTORS ARE QUICK TO MEDICATE AND NOT LISTEN. IM GLAD I CHOSE HIM.

I switched to this practice recently in hopes of finding a more engaged physician-patient relationship. As a retired health care provider, I understand the importance of the doctor-patient connection. I had a great experience with Ms. Bradshaw. After feeling unheard by my previous gynecologist, it was such a relief to find a practitioner that truly listened to my concerns. All of my visits with Dr Young has been really great. I haven't had any issues with Dr Young. I have been with Dr Young for a very long time. And he has taken really good care of me through all my surgeries. Dr Young's staff they are amazing. Keep up the good work
My son went to Dr. Guzman and is very pleased with the way he was treated. However, the staff seems to be a little bit lacking. He asked them for a copy of his blood test results and wound up with a paper that was for a 6 month follow up. He never received his copy of blood test results. Additionally, he needs a referral for an eye test, and called last week, and has not received a call back on that. I went with my adult son for his first visit and was not favorably impressed by his front office personnel.

100% Unprofessional and Rude, You Can Do Better. She never showed up for a telehealth visit and she was more than 50 minutes late for an in person office visit and she just sounded like she didn't know what she was doing.
