Worst company ever When they want you to signd up they say yes to everything and respond all your messages! After you signed you lost total contact. -Never got the $500 referral -never fixed my roofing as they said - solar paneles disconnected for months and no one cares or answer my calls or messages I had the worst experience with this company I don’t recommend to anyone.

I have tried to call customer service and left emails as well. They never respond. You can't get help when you need it. Avoid this company.

All of Kayos personnel have been nice. From Charlie, the first person who first told me about the system, to his program director, Cameron, who kept me up on the progress, to the guys who installed the panels, everyone has been tgreat. Yesterday, I got a call from a gentleman saying that my connection wasn't working so he was very patient with me and walked me thru the steps on how to access the box and reset the tripped switch. He was great also.
