He had clients who were actively looking to purchase and he expertly used social media to get several showings of our property in the first week. We accepted the 3rd offer he presented. Kayne Brenner has helped me sell two properties in rural Wisconsin in the past year. Both properties sold within a reasonable time for a good price. Also, the negotiations and closing went really well in both cases. I have worked with other realtors in Wisconsin in the past, but Kayne is really a step above the pack.
