I could not be happier with the rental process. I searched each time my lease was near renewal for less room (empty nester) and affordable rent and was 5 years renting at Huntington Park Apts for a poorly maintained and outdated 2 br/1.5 bath townhome at $1200 monthly. The office ladies at Kaylor are so understanding, kind and professional as well as their maintenance man. I made an appointment to view a few units and found one in my current complex but needed to hold off bc I couldn't afford to pay rent for both a new apart... read more
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I had a unique situation so it was a bit of a process to get an apartment but they were great every step of the way. Please before going in read on their website the requirements for applying to see if you would qualify. This is a 2 year of renting with Kaylor update and I can say again that it’s still a five star experience. I ended up moving to a different apartment they had. Worst experience dealing with rental company. Very unprofessional and misleading. Too many hoops to jump through to satisfy them for the quality of property. Would not recommend to anyone.
