Very unprofessional front desk person AMY PERDEW just now looking at the reviews and I totally agree with there rating she called me several times with a horrible attitude and then laughed at me for asking for a manager like please put this lady in the back she clearly doesn’t know manners or how to talk to people.
This place was awesome! I rented through Kaylor Realty and enjoyed my time. Easy process signing up and getting the keys to the place. Maintenance usually got there the next day and fixed any problem I had. Amy helped me a ton through my stay. 10/10 recommend going through them if they have a place available. VERY AFFORDABLE RENT!!
I could not be happier with the rental process. I searched each time my lease was near renewal for less room (empty nester) and affordable rent and was 5 years renting at Huntington Park Apts for a poorly maintained and outdated 2 br/1.5 bath townhome at $1200 monthly. The office ladies at Kaylor are so understanding, kind and professional as well as their maintenance man. I made an appointment to view a few units and found one in my current complex but needed to hold off bc I couldn't afford to pay rent for both a new apart... read more
