Kayli is wonderful! She takes the time to truly listen and is very thorough!
Literally 0 stars. The initial appointment went great, then I just felt like it was nothing but attitude from her for any small thing needed or asked. I have never had any issues with any practice before. Happily leaving Kettering health and switching to Mercy. I would rather drive 20 minutes further then get the constant attitude and lack of attention I received in my short time here. Good GPs are so hard to find :(
Kayli always gets back to you when you have questions. Which is appreciated so much.
Kayli is the most invested, efficient, thorough primary care doctor I have ever had. She never makes me feel silly for asking questions, she always make me feel like my concerns and goals are valid. She is so easy to talk to and so relatable. Her sense of urgency to answer messages, return calls, etc. Is unlike anything I have experienced with other Dr's. She is definitely the best around.
