Dr. Boutwell took me from a very sad, painful state to a life full of joy, social occasions and meaningful relationships. She is that exceptional doctor who gives each patient all the time necessary to find solutions to his or her chronic pain. She has an excellent staff. I give Dr. Boutwell my highest recommendation.
Dr. Boutwell is good, but her staff is completely and utterly incompetent. I first saw her in 2014 and her staff did not pass along critical messages to her in regard to my treatment at the time, leading me to be forced to call her after hours, which she was rightfully pissed about. However, I haven't seen Dr. Boutwell since 2014 and today I receive a call from a collection agency trying to collect over $1k for something done in 2014 that I never once received a bill for. I call Dr. Boutwell's
Very caring and compassionate for her patients. She goes above and beyond to help every patient. Could not ask for a more caring medical provider who provides you with truthful answers, no matter what the situation. Her dedication to her patients is truly a rarity. Thank you for what you do and for always caring.
