I was never in the Baltimore store---only the Lakewood one---but they are EXCELLENT over the phone! There was a certain piece I wanted for my wife in honor of our anniversary, but the Lakewood story didn't have it. They said it's only available in Baltimore. (Wasn't going to pick up and drive down to pick it up). So I called them and asked them if it indeed was in stock. I took a silver bracelet here to see if they could remove some oxidation that had build up on it. WOW! they made the bracelet look brand new! Beautiful job and I felt the price was more than fair. I'd definitely take my business here again.

I have been working with Ian for years now. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am very particular about my jewelry and Diamonds and Ian with Kaylah Diamonds always has the best!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
