Ian was absolutely amazing! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked into the door! While Ian fixed the clasp on my necklace (not purchased from here) free of charge, I browsed. There were such nice and unique pieces!! Ian was kind enough to take note of what I liked and what I will undoubtedly be back for very soon! Truly a lovely experience.

Kaylah is an incredible store with such devoted staff to help you out. Shira and Yocheved are especially helpful and kind. They give exemplary service and have you leaving their store with the happiest smile!!! Definitely recommend!
We had an amazing experience. The showroom is so elegant and calm. Shira was so helpful and kind. The were so many beautiful pieces to choose from both in the silver section and the fine jewelry.
