This was my first time coming to this jewelry store for repair depending on how well the Work was was gonna determine if I ever came back the work was exceptional. It was better than I expected and I would absolutely recommend anyone who needs a excellent repair to come to the store on top of the quality. The price was remarkable myself I will be back.

I was never in the Baltimore store---only the Lakewood one---but they are EXCELLENT over the phone! There was a certain piece I wanted for my wife in honor of our anniversary, but the Lakewood story didn't have it. They said it's only available in Baltimore. (Wasn't going to pick up and drive down to pick it up). So I called them and asked them if it indeed was in stock.
