I had a very good experience with Dr Mapps. I had a smooth delivery because of her and she is extremely knowledgeable and very caring.
Dr. Kayla Mapps is truly amazing. She is professional, warm and extremely knowledgeable. Her willingness to really listen and to have a dialogue regarding next steps is refreshing and highly appreciated. I felt both heard and cared for in her hands. The office and medical staff were also great too. Thanks for making my visit a wonderful experience!
First, Dr. Mapps and Dr. Benjamin are amazing doctors. I give them 5 stars. They were ALWAYS professional, kind, and I couldn’t have asked for better doctors. It is the staff that is their downfall. Staff using CHAT GBT to complete my FMLA paperwork, carelessly sending the chatgbt template (watermarks present) attached with my paperwork, after claiming to, “have been doing this for 20 years and never heard of intermittent FMLA”.
