Kayla is the best! We had such a great experience with her from our cake tasting all the way to the cake delivery on our wedding day! Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning! Kayla brought my vision to life perfectly. It looked even more beautiful than I imagined and it tasted incredible. Every layer was moist, flavorful, and beyond delicious. The flavor we chose for the cake was strawberry with a Bavarian cream filling. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Horrible dissatisfaction occurred the day of my wedding. My cake was 732 dollars and not close to the reference photos. What’s even worse was her unsympathetic response to my email explaining I was disappointed in the cake. See attached photo for what I was asking for vs what I was given and the response i received. I would have done better at Whole Foods. Avoid this place at all costs. What an embarrassment of a business.
