Staff was super helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough!
I went in and the front desk helped me right away and took me back right away. The nurse also was friendly and took care of me right away. But the doctor or next person to see me not only took 10 minutes to come in but when I finally was discussing my discomfort she took a call and another 10-15 minutes passed by. There were two or more people talking outside the door and although I cannot be certain she step right outside the door and made her call. So she also probably visited for awhile. BEWARE Incompetent doctor confidently misdiagnosed and treated for something that my son didn't have. Complaint department did nothing about it so I had to pursue it with BBB. Don't expect accountability from this clinic.
I went in and there were no patients waiting so I was excited that it would be a quick visit, boy was I wrong. No one was at the desk when I walked in so I pushed the button that said "push for service". It buzzed but no one came. Finally I hear the people I the front room chatting away and I can see them plain as day. I got up again to push the button and they completely ignored it and kept on with their gossip. Went to the one on 19th ave. was looking for a place nearby to where we were staying out if town. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly but still tried to be open minded. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and helped me a lot with my little one. She was caring and kind to my baby. I was so thrilled when she said my 8 mo old had an ear infection b/c she had been suffering for a few days and was relieved she could help. She prescribed an antibiotic and we got right there.
