For starters it’s a great unit, great features, integration into my car is top notch (FG Falcon XR6 MK2). Extremely helpful staff when I had questions for the install, got the help when I needed. Overall extremely happy.

Absolute rubbish company - I have asked for support to get my unit operating correctly and they keep blaming my installation. I'm still trying to work out how the install can make the AC controls operate the incorrect side of the car or make the CarPlay so buggy it's not even worth using. Spent $2,500 on something that has absolutely zero support. They just keep going around in circles when you ask questions, tell you they are looking into it and then never have an answer. Have been having issues with my head unit. Have been messaging back and forth with them but getting no help. Today when I commented on a Facebook post about how they are not helping me I have been blocked and cannot message them any more and my comments on their posts have been deleted. The comments were fair and not abusive at all. Absolutely disgusted in this service. Now I have a faulty unit and cannot contact them to have it fixed. A waste of a lot of money.

Got a unit from them. My five stars out of five I purchased from this website I am not sure if it their official website https://kayhanaudio.com.au/ Went to 5/56 Wirraway Dr, Port Melbourne their warehouse and got it installed there.

Extremely UNHAPPY my unit has been a nightmare nothing but trouble to my car started with really bad install instruction or lack of. Bluetooth has never worked 100%. GPS also does not work 100%. Then there is the car battery drain within a day or 2 this is not normal at all. The LCD screen was faulty had to return that at my expense then the GPS software was not working again returned at my expense I was sold a TEST UNIT and now they have an upgrade unit that is there final unit and they want me to pay another $500 to upgrad... read more

Buyer beware, I ordered a unit advertised as android 7.1 but when you go in and check they have manipulated the data to “look” like 7.1 is installed but when you click the screen 5 times it reveals kit Kat (4.2.2). Also shocking after sales service, I bought a USB dongle to enable CarPlay and I chased them for instructions for over a week and I tried everything they said to do with no result it didn’t work, I returned the item followed the instructions on their website to return. Do not buy this product it is faulty. The installers do not know what they are doing they cause all sorts of problems. I have had issues for 7 months taken 5 days off work to sort the problem out. They have changed over parts updated software and the unit. All I get back from the installer is too bad. I have paid $1200 for it to get installed and spend time out of my working days and still can't get it sorted. The customer service is poor and don't take responsibility nor do they care.
