Simply the best
I can’t even stand to look in the mirror at myself. I paid almost 300 dollars to be left with chemical burn, over processed perimeter which caused fall out, and a uneven cut. The woman she passed me off to refused to listen when I told her numerous times the perm burned and was rough like I could not believe. Then I get into her chair and she cut me uneven.
