My wife and i have used Kayci for our mortgage needs since 2013. She is the best of the best. Kayci is always on top of things and making sure things are getting done and getting done correctly. She is very knowledgeable and has great customer service.
She rushed us into signing a morgage we shouldnt have because of some weird October deadline years ago. Didnt really explain the documents we were signing. In the end its our fault for not taking more time reading everything but it also falls on her and the real estate agent we used. Feel they both failed us by not representing our best interests at hand. Its been eating at me for years an I had to say something. Id steer clear of her in my opinion.

Kayci is a different breed when it comes to lending. She fights tooth and nail to get my clients approved. She explains everything and puts them on a plan to get all their stuff in order. She doesn’t just push them aside because they don’t qualify at that moment. She never pushes them to their max. I have sent almost every single client I’ve had to her over the last year and I will continue to. Kayci is extremely caring and won’t stop fighting for you. Highly recommend!!!
