I am thankful for my experience at Kayal in Westwood. The time, attention, and extensive knowledge from both Dr. Bagi and his P.A. made me feel seen. I might add that my appointment was last, and I was not rushed at all. To top it all off, Ann the administrative assistant. was the cherry on top! She was so sweet, caring, and went out of her way to accommodate to my schedule. I highly recommend Kayal.

I would not recommend Kayal Orthopaedic. Last year, I injured my back and went to the Wayne location for an MRI. I was told my insurance authorization would take time, so I paid for the MRI out of my own pocket. They were later reimbursed by my insurance, yet more than a year later I still have not been reimbursed for the money I personally paid. That is completely unacceptable. I was in excruciating pain when I saw Dr. Bagi. He is a kind, compassionate, patient, skilled surgeon. He takes his time explaining everything. When the epidural didn't work they were able to schedule surgery quickly. When I woke up from surgery the pain was GONE. Tiffany is very knowledgeable and patient. She also takes her time explaining everything. Ann spoke with my PCP's office when I had a problem getting a referral. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Around March 2025, I had a sensation in my left glutes that wouldn't go away. A week later, I felt the sensation down the back of my left thigh. I have always had a stiff lower back, and I would go to a chiropractor to get an adjustment, and that would solve the problem. That solution did not work.
