Excellent medical care. The problem is getting it. They are terrible at managing appointments...waits of up to 45 minutes are common. Too many offices, not enough medical staff. Too many non-medical clerical help, not enough medical staff. Nevertheless, medical practitioners are top notch. .
Went to Kayal Orthopedic for initial evaluation for shoulder Dislocation but never saw Dr. Amit Sood Only his assistant. On follow up again he was not available. Second time I saw his assistant. As a retired surgeon(MD) I would have expect to have seen him once.
