Dr. Ortiz was excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly before treating my shoulder. I received an injection, and it was completely painless, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism, skill, and calm demeanor made the entire experience very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz to anyone needing orthopedic care.
Ann from the Westwood office is the best! I had only 60 minutes to complete the appointment, as I needed to rush my sick newborn to the doctor. Despite some New Year administrative setbacks, I was finished in 36 minutes with all the information and referrals I needed.
I had an issue with scheduling via Zoc Doc which was a frustrating experience, but after expressing my issues I recieved a call from Ann Cranston apologizing for the error and admitting that they slipped up a bit with my appointment and she wanted to make things right. I got an appointment the very next day and was seen very quickly, and recieved great care from Dr. Lin. Had an appointment was confirmed for 3:30 today also have confirmation. Received call saying I missed appointment which is totally false took 1/2 day off lost 250.00 only to be told the doctor can’t see me at the time booked. Not only was it 45 minutes before scheduled appointment but I said I can come in within 8 minutes. This is horrible won’t be using them . I have surgery coming 1st week in December thinking about canceling and getting a different group. Even though it wasn’t Dr Kayal’s fault
