I will never use this facility again. I had an appointment with Sophia. In short at the end of my session, she told me not to make any more appointments & to get at home PT. So I did. I see that that 1 visit with Sophia was charged as $1400 to my insurance. Hardly worth anything to be insulted on my 1 and only visit there.
Outstanding staff and service all around - the front desk, physical therapy staff, and doctors are all top notch. Dr. Sood recently performed reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I could not be happier / more satisfied with the care and attention I received every step of the way. I am looking forward to PT and getting the use of my left arm back! Highly, highly recommend!
I love this place. I feel better, and the care is AMAZING! I'm grateful.. thank you to Esther my incredible OT, my front desk manager Brianna, my MA's Jesse & Dakota!! Thank you us but enough to express my gratitude for your dedication to my healing! I'm on my way.. Dr. Ashwarf is awesome too! Oooh and Dr. Dinazzo the Team is exceptional!
Watch out for hidden fees and inaccurate cost quotes here. I could have given 0 star if possible. I explicitly asked about our out-of-pocket costs both over the phone and at the front desk before the appointment and was told it would only be a $40 copay. Instead, they performed multiple X-rays without informing us of the extra costs even we kept on asking for all those Xrays, never had us see the actual doctor (only a PA), and later sent a big surprise bill. I have a bad knee. And a bad shoulder. I was lucky enough to connect with Kayal Orthopedics!! Everyone, from the doctors and the PA's at the Mothership on 17 ->To my local PT place in Ramsey. Has been Fantastic! PA Rob Sophia Ashley Khaled Jess Addy Dakota ...... all driven individuals who take care of everything when I attend Strongly recommend the practice.
