Outstanding staff and service all around - the front desk, physical therapy staff, and doctors are all top notch. Dr. Sood recently performed reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I could not be happier / more satisfied with the care and attention I received every step of the way. I am looking forward to PT and getting the use of my left arm back! Highly, highly recommend!

Watch out for hidden fees and inaccurate cost quotes here. I could have given 0 star if possible. I explicitly asked about our out-of-pocket costs both over the phone and at the front desk before the appointment and was told it would only be a $40 copay. Instead, they performed multiple X-rays without informing us of the extra costs even we kept on asking for all those Xrays, never had us see the actual doctor (only a PA), and later sent a big surprise bill. I have a bad knee. And a bad shoulder. I was lucky enough to connect with Kayal Orthopedics!! Everyone, from the doctors and the PA's at the Mothership on 17 ->To my local PT place in Ramsey. Has been Fantastic! PA Rob Sophia Ashley Khaled Jess Addy Dakota ...... all driven individuals who take care of everything when I attend Strongly recommend the practice. Ashley and Sophia in Ramsey are great. They help me with my hip pain and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great office overall. I started with a walker and progressed with a cane.
