Had to drive an hour round trip since this is one of the only locations to do MRIs for kayal and while the staff is very pleasant and nice to deal with the dr who reads these reports does not do a good job. Emad Almusa. Seems like this is phoned in and doesn’t know how to read reports properly. I was walking around with ankle pain and based on the report thinking this is a partial tear that healed and causing residual pain is in fact a full tendon tear I only recently found out by going to a competent doctor who read the MRI... read more
I highly recommend Kayal Orthopedic! Everything about this place was exceptional! From the moment I called and got an appointment right away to the warm welcome and extreme kindness from Jennifer at the front desk, the office manager, x-ray technician and the doctor—everyone was so kind and attentive. Just a wonderful place with exceptional care!
I waited for an hour to see the Dr. I ended up seeing a different Dr, I had some tests scheduled which were canceled and I had to rescheduled elsewhere. Assistant was fun to talk to and made my visit experienced better.
Dr. Pope exhibited excellent "bedside manner" and was very truthful and set realistic expectations as well as an appropriate treatment plan.
Dr. Pope was great! Very thorough and was great with my mother. Excellent bedside manner.
