I am a patient of Dr Kayal and have never even met the man. I have had the worst experience in this office. Making an appointment to meet him is like making an appointment to meet a unicorn. I had a torn meniscus and had surgery in January and I’m in more pain after the surgery and Kayal’s has done nothing to help me. The staff on the phone are extremely rude. The care taken by Dr Rappaport to me started well but ended the worst. I went in for one problem but he decided to fix that problem and fix another problem he thought I had. I agreed since he was the Dr giving me recommendations. Since then my original issue is gone but I'm dealing with his 'fixing' of my walk on my left foot. Dr Rappaport was snippy at the end of his stint at Kayal and he left the firm unannounced to me. I was then taken care of by Dr Shehan.
