17 July 2025 - Update Highly recommend Kayal Orthopedic. I just recently stopped my physical therapy after about 2 years. Had right replacement completed in October 2024 and Khaled and his team are phenomenal. I definitely would NOT have gotten through either of them without Khaled--he is kind, insightful, and highly knowledgeable Physical Therapist and I was fortunate to have him as a PT! I spent four months under the care of Ester Gallo in the Ramsey office. In all my years of going to Pt I have never been so impressed with her determination to fix my hand ! The office is friendly, Alli, Ryan , Dylan and the others whose names escape me unfortunately, were all upbeat and friendly. The front desk supervisor and her assistant were always smiling and helpful. I certainly will be back after my next hand surgery
Front office is a joke. Made an apt for my son and was told they couldn’t find it. They had records of the call but the staff forgot to put it in the system. Real quality “organization”
Great people work there. They know what they are doing. One item that has to go, all the TV sets with Dr Kayal doing interviews running non stop! I don’t need a $15 autograph picture of him either. Please change the TV station to nature channel or other sporting games or even the stock market! The employees are awesome.
