Bought original pool from Kayak, bought numerous items from the Newmarket location over the years. Willy installed my Liner several years back, not a good job. Bought a replacement filter from them several years ago, quoted me one price over the phone, when I got there it was more expensive. My heater went, reached out to them, went ahead even though they wanted full price up front for the Heater and Install. I got a pool installed by Willy a few years ago! 1. Never pay a contractor 100% up front. Willy's past experiences with customers not paying in the past he demands 100% payment up front. We argued about this and from then on he treated me like garbage. A good contractor does not demand 100% up front. A good contractor doesn't punish his clients for his failures.
