who knew? it turns out that one kayak paddle is exactly the recommended social distancing unit for this spring. the water is still a little cold, unless you have a dry suit, but as spring comes I hope to touch paddle tips with many of you on the water. ACK can get you geared up.

Good place to get your gear!
If your looking to try stand up paddle boarding - this is the place to start. They offer rentals by the hour and Dave and his staff are super nice and knowledgeable ... they will outfit you with the right gear to get you SUPin’. We thought we’d go out for 30 min, but ended up going all the way up Spa Creek for a 2 hour trek. Can’t say enough good things about ACK.
Thanks Dave at Annapolis Canoe and Kayak for helping me get a new properly fitted kayak PFD vest today. Its hard when you are short and a woman to get a good kayak vest. I think this place is the best around for Kayak supplies.
