I’ve been going to Kaya for years because of their convenient location, good prices, and generally good service. However, I’ve repeatedly experienced issues with their reliability. They advertise that they open at 10 a.m., but on numerous occasions I’ve arrived around 10:30 or 11 a.m. only to be told they’re “running late” or unexpectedly closed.
