Kay’s, our family’s jewelry store for over a decade, has always been a welcoming haven. The moment we step inside, we’re greeted by cheerful faces and kind words. During my recent jewelry inspection, Aida, Susie, and Kaitlynn were all exceptionally friendly and attentive.

I have visited this business many times and each vist has been very nice . The staff are very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable, especially the store manager Suzie . I would recommend this store to anybody if you are looking for high end jewelry . They're customer service is steller as well , so do yourself a favor for your next jewelry purchase pay Kay / Zales a vist and you won't be disappointed .

I felt like a ghost in their store. Not one salesperson spoke to me or even looked at me until I asked a question. After that one question I still got zero service. I walked out 15 mins later without a word still. I Guess I should have avoided the awkwardness & ordered my ring online instead. They must have so much money currently that they aren't interested in mine. They weren't even that busy either. I would have appreciated even a, we'll be with you as soon as we can, but nothing.

I had a very unpleasant situation that happened from start of my purchase and it kinda snowballed outta control. However it didn’t take long at all for both Susie and Katelynn to completely fix my issue, get me compensated for all the issues and did it all with utmost kind, professional and timely manner. I would recommend Zales (Kay) in Chambersburg and these two ladies to my family and friends.
