If I could leave 0 stars I would. I arrived at 5 am and was not finished being serviced until 12:40pm. I was also overcharged. Which explains why they have no set prices on their website because they will confirm a price with you over the phone and try to make you pay an heftier price when you are finished being serviced. They also advertise that their hair is included. However, it is not. They charge $5 per pack. In addition, I was told over the phone my hairstyle would be $220. If I could give them zero stars I would. I called the 240 number at 11:23 on Saturday morning asked them the price of two styles I was considering the lady gave me a price. I went online that afternoon made an appointment for the next morning. Bad customer service!! I came here the other day and upon arrival the lady seemed like she didn’t want to do my hair, after speaking with the manager we agreed on a different style because I still wanted my hair done. I had to ask them 7 (I counted) times what was the price and the ladies were very reluctant in telling me. They had to call the manager and she threw a random price at me. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I’ve seen a few different ladies come in and do braids. The last 3 visits I have had issues with them, most recently I sat in the chair from 8:30 until 5:30 for some MEDIUM boho braids. 9 hrs I sat while they put the slowest braider in my head. I called the manager and almost 1.5 hours later another braider came to assist the slow braider in my head. I gave them a picture of what I wanted. I ask them if it could be done. She said yea, but I didn’t come out that way. I only had in for two weeks today and my hair came out and I have to keep twisting the hair.
