I would never use anybody other than Kay for my real estate needs. Kay and her team were amazing. Very professional and patient. They took the worry out of everything and it was not a very easy situation which is a long story but for any sales that I would have here in California, I would never consider anyone other than Kay. Kay Wilson-Bolton has been our Real Estate Broker for the sale of two homes. Kay has been my Realtor agent several times, each time a great experience. Once we had to sell a challenging property occupied by long-time acquaintances.
