Kay did an amazing job selling our house and is incredibly knowledgeable about the Santa Paula area. She is thorough and really helped guide us through the process. A key selling point are the quality of the people she recommends to assist in the sale (e.g. property clean up, arborist, sewer line review, home inspection, and pest control to name a few).
