I would NEVER waste my time w/ this company if I didn't have too. Unfortunately my department has a contract through them. However, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in a company before. I called one day to check on my order (placed three weeks in advance) they told me part of it was done but they didn't know the status of the other half, "that's the other person's job". My experience with Kays in Knoxville has been great. I've had big orders and they were able to fill them in the time I thought was reasonable. Its understandable that some sizes might be back ordered but they are very polite and are willing to please.
Extremely slow in getting merchandise. Cant get a response about orders.
