Pleasant and efficient!
When I arrived, I went to check in. I had brought $60 to pay my $50 co-pay. I was informed by your front desk you did not have change. My choices were to either use my credit card or to get a $10 credit. I was told they had taken all of the cash to the bank. Since I do not carry my credit cards everywhere I go. I was forced to take a credit. If I did not pay my co-pay, I have been informed by your office that I will not be able to get service that day. This made me very uncomfortable.
