I am a gay man. I sent my boyfriend to see Dr Kay. He continued to get worse. I called Dr Kay several times at work. I also called her cell phone and texted her many times trying to ask her how to get help for my friend. She never returned any of my calls. My friend shot and killed himself. I saw Robbin Kay on 10/14/2019. I was very upset with doctor Kay for a comment she made at our last visit. When she didn't care how bad she had hurt my feelings, I took out my pocket knife and slashed my throat! Dr Kay did absolutely nothing. No medical attention, didn't call 911, didnt report it. She did walk me to my car. She never called to see if I was ok and she would not take my calls or see me again. I really needed help and didn't get it. I was forced to have the state investigate it. Dressed extremely inappropriately for a professional woman. Very judgemental
I was a patient for many years. I thought she was great. To repay her kindness I did work around her house and we became friends, then more than friends. She told me she didn't care about the conflict of interest. Her patients always came first zI noticed she started ignoring their texts and calls. She seemed bored and unattentive, like I was wasting her time. Very arrogant and condescending.
I thought she was great at first. Then i found out how wrong i was. Arrogant and condescending. Most of the time she would just sit and stare. No active therapy. I spent years listening to her try to build up my self esteem only to find oit it was all lies. Ill never trust another therapist again. Shes just another Workers Comp Doctor that only cares aboit getting paid!
She seemed very distracted and unsympathetic. It was as if I was wasting her time. I couldnt wait to get out of there
