I reached out to her on instagram about setting an appointment for my hair and she stopped responding to my messages. I messaged her again 2 weeks later and still no answer. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication on her end. Definitely not a good impression on a potential client.
Such a wonderful experience to have an appointment with Kay, I completely trust her with my hair, she has magic fingers, I kept in my caribbean twists for 6 weeks, so many compliments during that time, one person in Toronto even said "Your hair is a piece of art" Already looking forward to my next appointment
