Very friendly staff. Doctors are kind and patient.
Dr Paulus is top notch above & beyond caring
Mass produced orthodontics. As others have stated this is a “very efficient operation”… in other words they move massive numbers of patients thru every day. (You quickly see this when you are there) While this might be good for most patients, as soon as their treatment plan hits a snag it causes major issues. They told us we had to go see a specialist (who doesn’t take any insurance and charges over $1000 just for the first consultation) Also note that they have 3 offices spread across the Toledo area.
