Went to Kay Jewlers in Concord Mills. Wazhma helped me and she was fantastic! So kind and friendly and even helped me try on the earrings as I have long nails and it can be difficult for me to get earrings in. Would absolutely recommend this store and ask for Wazhma!

Hello as a valid K customer, I was once lied to about some prices, but re-entry to the store and noticing the individual wasn't there i tried once again and not only did my wife and I came out with a nice peace but the honesty in Heather today reeled us in and her service was excellent.. she is very knowledgeable and kind.. thanks again Heather from concord mills for the sale.. well worth it and I recommend that ppl. Like her are noticed..
