Marisa was very helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Toni with Kay’s Jewelers in Concord Mall was AMAZING! My wife and I went in for a routine cleaning, and she determined there was a loose stone.Toni ensured all our basis were covered, updated our information, and provided all the details of what to expect, moving forward, up until the time of pick up. I wish all customer and guest service representatives were as kind, thorough, and respectful as Toni! THANK YOU Toni, and thank you Kay Jewelers in Concord!
Marisa was amazing! I came in knowing what I wanted for my engagement ring, but wasn’t sure on the band. She figured out what I was looking for quickly and helped me get the band of my dreams as well. Couldn’t be happier!
