As I approached Kay's jewelers, I was so nervous upon arrival I was greeted with an warm welcoming from Ms. Sharon!! She was energetic but very calming. My overall experience was amazing and I will most certainly return to Kay's in the future!!
Have been doing business with this Norfolk Outlet Kay jewelrs for a few few years and have always had great customer service. Had no trouble getting damaged jewelry fixed under warranty. They clean all jewelry for me weather I bought it here or not. Highly recommend.
