UPDATE: We got in touch with customer care, and they directed us to the Ankeny store. They have been so absolutely accommodating, and are doing everything in their power to make it right for us. Truly unfortunate, as every employee and manager we've been in contact with has been kind and helpful, but we’ve had a number of problems with this location. The issues started when my fiancé purchased my engagement ring in September 2025. It arrived in the incorrect size and didn’t fit when he proposed. We sent it in for resizing, and while it came back two days later than quoted, we let that slide.
