Absolutely do not recommend this location. I was helped by Amy who i believe is the store manager (no one had name tags on though). To be completely honest she was not the nicest with my situation. Kept giving me excuses that led to being my fault as to what happened with my ring ( a ring I’ve had for about 7months, worn maybe 8 times and has already been sent it to “fix” once. We stopped into Kays Outlet today, had an amazing lady named Michelle help us. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back to see her again.
Shannon was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy process to purchase earrings and the staff was smiling and genuinely happy to help.
My experience with Kay’s was fast and easy! All items were absolutely gorgeous, which made it difficult to pick however that that’s what took the longest amount of time was choosing.
Me and my wife walked in Kay’s lost , Miss Shannon was a great help to us. Her customer service is great if you ever come to Kay’s in Altoona ask for Miss Shannon .
