When I went to find a anniversary ring for my 10 years, I came with 700 dollars and was sold a beautiful looking ring. After about 6 months the ring started to show its true colors, just after the cut off date to have the ring inspected and cleaned and I was just too upset to ask my wife to give me the ring to go ask why the gold ring was showing dark where it's wearing. THIS STORE AND STAFF ARE AMAZING... TWO EMPLOYEES SPENT ABOUT 2 HOURS WITH ME PICKING OUT MY UPGRADE. I HAD A LITTLE STYLE REMORSE THE NEXT DAY AND EXCHANGED THE RING FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE PICKED. THEY WERE ALL VERY ACCOMMODATING, HELPFUL, AND GRACIOUS.... AND VERY FAST TO BOOT.... I AM VERY PLEASED.

If Beyoncé and a magpie had a baby, and that baby grew up to develop impeccable taste in jewelry, it would shop exclusively at this Kay Jewelers and work with Brie and Brie. The Brie team is awesome. Just visited this store. Amazing customer service from the workers. Victor helped me pick out the ring I needed for a decent price. My visit was painless and easy! Will definitely go back to Kay's again for my future purchases!!
