Kay helped us get our houses ready to sell. She did not ask us to spend money to fix things that wasn’t necessary and she had a stager come in and help us address some of the clutter. Both houses were signed and closed within six weeks. They were under contract within the first week. Talk about the best possible experience possible! Kay Napierala was ever bit the professional, and helped ease us through selling our Atlanta home. As much as we were ready to move, there are always hiccups, but Kay was there to guide us and help with a very successful sell. We were so happy with Kay that we asked that she help us with our property on St. Simons. South Georgia isn't usually her turf, but we trust her completely.
