Within one week three of my nails broke. I got a dip manicure, which I always get, but they were done so thin. After spending $65 you’d expect to have your nails last longer than a couple days. Ava did my nails and now I’m going to have to go somewhere else and pay another $65 to get them all redone. Very disappointed in the service here. Had to cut down the jagged nails that broke, which are my real nails. Now I will need fake nails to fix the shape.

My sister and I go twice a month! Very friendly environment, always so friendly and welcoming. One thing Lynn and John is they will make your experience worth the visit. It’s a plus for me that they greet every customer by their first name so that definitely shows a lot about their customer service. I definitely recommend!

I arrived at 10:20 AM for a 1030 appointment. 25 minutes later service had not begun. I will not be back to K nails or her sister salon Michele‘s nails I am very disappointed.

I gave them a stellar review 2 months ago but I am disappointed at how 3 of my nails have popped off in less that a week. I received a in gel overlay manicure over my natural nails and a spa pedicure totaling $134.00. I had that done on Friday July 18th 2025.
