Wrist pain

Dr. Kay was very attentive in listening to issues that I had with chronic wrist pain. He recommended some stretching and strengthening exercises that ultimately led to becoming pain-free and saved my golf season by avoiding surgery. I had a great experience with this doctor and his staff.

Dr. Kay is a very good doctor. He explained things very carefully to me and spent a lot of time in the exam room explaining my options of treatment. I was very pleased with my service and with the excellent staff at Crystal Clinic. I would definitely recommend anybody to him and the clinic in general.

I went to him after suffering a shoulder fracture that detached my rotator cuff. I cease in pain and unable to move my arm. I was told due to my age and the fact I was diabetic I was not worth the risk!! He never examined me. The injured shoulder is my dominant hand. Told me to learn to use the other. I went to another doctor at a different hospital system and I now have full range of motion. Dr Kay was sentencing me to only 30% range of motion and chronic pain. I would not recommend this doctor

My experience with Dr. Kay for a knee issue was great. He was very friendly and pleasant explained in detail what the problem is and the treatment for it also spent more time explaining to me the process of knee replacements. I will defiantly see him again.

Doctor Kay has been so helpful treating a rotator cuff tear. He is professional and explains things in terms lay people can understand. He is concise and honest when explaining treatment options.

Dr. Kay is very direct and explains his diagnosis. I like his dry sense of humor, and the surgery he performed my knee was very effective. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. First time I go in to see him with ankle inflammation and pain his advice was to "walk normally on it". Within a week I had to go to the ER as I was unable to walk. Do not ask him any questions or else he will get defensive and tell you that you are imagining it all. I would avoid this doctor and the Crystal Clinic altogether if you have an option.

This is the second time I have been seen by this doctor & both times he was dismissive of the pain I was experiencing & extremelty rude and condescending when I asked I asked about his reasoning for the course of treatment. I will never subject myself to seeing this doctor again & would not encourage anyone else to see this doctor!

Had a scope on my knee for a torn meniscus. Weeks after I was still in pain. He said to me in so many words, that I had pain before, right? I said yes. So why was I surprised that I had pain now. Wish now I had gone another direction
