I have had a terrible leak in the bedroom and living room at their 310 S. 3rd property in Brooklyn for over TWO AND A HALF YEARS. It gets worse every time it rains and it is becoming something I can't manage (PLUS MOLD!). They say they're "trying their best" and that there are "guys doing the work on the building" all of the time. However, I have not seen any improvements whatsoever. Management has been awfully slow to fix anything or respond to call or emails. Lots of issues with their buildings that they do not fix. Will only respond if you threaten 311 or HPD. Please, if you are looking at living in one of their buildings, look else where.
No heat for the past 3 days. Had a fire due to lack of heat from using the space heater for too long a few weeks ago. This has been a problem for years. The entire building has no heat.
