80sbaby, you must either be the manager that works there or a personal friend or family member of the manager. What the yahoo local user wrote is totally true. I know myself and a few others that kept their apartment VERY clean and to my surprise, they failed inspection. I know at first they would do the inspections while you were home but after awhile, they stopped doing them while you were there and would wait till you left. I found them to be very sneaky. Well just to say is not the apartment it Management. Ive lived out there for a while and for one they cant keep a Good Handy man. Ive seen Like 10 since ive bn here. Another thing whn things get broke it does take a long time for them to fix it. Next the Apt Mang. has to do monthly Inspections and whn u are home she does not do an inspection. but when your are not there she does it.... They never fixed stuff that broke but they sure wanted their rent on time. Had things broke for over a year and never got anything fixed. If they want you to move out they will find excuses to write you up or make stuff up about you to get you kicked out. People couldnt mind their own business there.
