I will never lease from this company again! To start with Jenny is rude! They withheld $260 from my security deposit all because I turned my keys in two days after what it said on vacate notice, although ana agreed that it was okay and she never mentioned any fees.I actually vacated the unit a week before turning in the keys, but used that free week to go clean the unit.greedy company ! NEWPORT AT RODEO- DANILLE BEAUDRY.. if you ever encounter her RUNNNN. Not only does she move in people to the apartments who are on house arrest WITH DRUG felonies and gets them on a section 8 unit so they don't have to pay rent, she's also very rude. She denied my application over my sisters who does not have good criminal back ground and does nothing to better herself, transports drugs and illegals. I have a job and no criminal charges.
