I just had the worse customer service experience ever with the receptionist (Rachel) The first thing she said was that they dont accept medicaid but I was extremely puzzled on why she assumed that I had medicaid insurance. She may not have meant anything by it but her description of medicaid insurance was offensive. I have private insurance but a very public posting page. I am sure that this dentist is great, but it is imperative that she knows her receptionist just made her lose a patient. (Would have given 0 stars)
I have been taking my son here since he was 2/3 years old. He's 16 now and we still love Dr Jordan just as much as day 1! She is amazing with her patients, especially kids. I recently took my youngest here as an emergency visit due to an oral injury to her tooth she received at school from a fall. The injury alone was traumatic for my daughter (she is only 2 years old). I used to come here all the time back when I was under the illusion that you can't heal and reverse cavities on your own. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but I don't trust them. I don't trust anyone who is willing to make money off of you when they can educate you on ways to heal yourself. Not to mention when I would get work done I would literally hear them whispering... if someone's Whispering about my teeth and my dental history I want to know what's being said I can always tell when something shady is going on. ... read more
I Love Dr. Jordan~she is so Lovely~ so Gentle & Patient.The Atmosphere is so soothing with the colorful Fairy Tales on the walls. Her staff is Wonderful Too!
Absolutely amazing. Dr. Jordan's awesome friendly and helpful. Explained everything clearly and was quick I had a 10:30 Appointment and am walking out the door 10 minutes after 11.
