Me and my girlfriend went into Kay’s and spoke with Tyler one day and found an engagement ring we absolutely loved. When we went back a few weeks later Linda and Helena helped us finalize all of the details. We loved speaking with them! Linda and Helena are great! I asked to see so many different rings and they did not rush me or push me to get the most expensive ring I was looking at. They even looked at previous purchases I made and helped me choose a ring that was unique but complemented the other jewelry I already own. The best customer service of any other jewelry store by far.
