i visited Kay jewelers today...to find some facts about a necklace i bought 17 years ago.. Helena and another nice lady were helping... so sweet and kind.. not condescending or snooty.. ..Helena went the extra mile... and i didnt even expect or have to ask.. she was very informative...over and above... thank you so much!!! lori primitive hippie :)

Helena and Linda helped my husband and I get a new wedding band for my husband and a new engagement ring for me. My original engagement ring could no longer be sized anymore and would need to be put in a new setting. So instead of putting 2500 for a new setting we bought a BEAUTIFUL ring on clearance and I get to keep my original ring just in case my fingers get smaller.. Thank you both soo much.. I can’t wait until my new ring comes in..
Linda was extremely helpful and sweet, I was nervous going in but she made me feel right at home
Sales people are amazing they always work with you the best they can with prices if you have a budget their jewelry is amazing and beautiful very friendly and nice I love it here! Forever will come here!
