Helena Reed was EXCEPTIONAL!!! She explained the difference between natural diamonds and lab grown ones. She was patient, informative, and overall just knowledgeable and wonderful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a diamond to come see Helena at Kay jewelers in Swansea, Massachusetts.
