Tam was wonderful helping us out with a knotted Necklace. That was purchased from Kay’s The store is beautiful and also jewelry! Ask for Tam, she will show you some beautiful pieces.
Went to Kay’s. Worked with Tam! We had internet issues but we collaborated and did the sale from my portable office - in my car! Wonderful experience!! She’s happy. I’m happy. It’s a good day and I’ll be back!!
Always been a sentimental person who loves to gift the perfect piece to commemorate special occasions and Kay Jewelers hasn’t let me down yet! Between the beautiful selection of jewelry to the helpful staff (Thank you Tam) without the stressful pressure really makes the experience that much more rewarding. This location is always my first (and only) stop now!

Went in on 5/4/26 with my boyfriend to look for engagement rings and the lady who ‘helped’ us was useless. She didn’t ask us any questions about our interests and went on to say we could ‘go look at the mall if we wanted to see more options.’ Ridiculous.
