We came into the store to get ring sizes and to look at wedding rings. William and Luke were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us set up a profile and went over our payment options. They assisted and added things to our wishlist so we could access them later. Overall great staff and amazing experience!
I went in to get my necklace shortened and William did it on the spot! He was very professional and I highly recommend him for all your needs. Darcel was helpful and very eager to help as well! The specialist was so helpful and kind! We had a service request that came back and wasn’t quite perfect, so they sent it back pre-emptively and had it returned to us by the original estimated delivery date! Can’t recommend this location and their service enough!
