I took my ring to Kay Jewelers for a repair, and Ms. Aravia provided such an amazing experience! She was kind, professional, and took the time to explain the repair process. My ring came back looking beautiful. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and care. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
