The plano location is my favorite. The 2 ladies on Monday were so kind and patient. I was extremely happy with the price and look of my new bracelet. They gave me a courtesy call to let me know of the discounts available and I took advantage of it. Thanks KAY.

Darcel was absolutely wonderful and so patient. I came in with no knowledge on the process of locating and purchasing the engagement ring, but she stuck by me, provided expert advice, and presented me with all options. If you’re in the market, go to this location and ask for her! She will enhance the buy journey for you!
