My fiance bought my engagement ring here! I love their jewelry selection! The sales associates are also knowledgable and helpful! I recently brought in my ring after one of the diamonds fell loose. Cece was great and took care of everything to get my ring looking brand new again!
I had a great experience with a new employee, she was well versed but very good with helping my sister
I had a trade-in I wanted appraised. I met w/ Ashley & she let me know the diamonds had some chips & I would get $250. A few days later I came in again, working w/ A who was patient, listened to me & made great suggestions, & gave total prices for all of our rings. I told her I'd be back, bt she was going out of town so she she saved everything. I came back in w/ my fiance & a diff woman greeted us. Always have to check them out. A little disappointed! Way over priced, saw a ring I want and it's cheaper in Sacramento!
Not the best selection and my assistant didn't seem to have a good grasp of their inventory or suggestions. Not sure if she was new due to Valentine's day rush. Very disappointed for my personal taste.
My son went here during the holidays to shop for his girlfriend. He did go in a shortly before closing time and was working with a sales associate. Then a buzzer went off the associate closed down her computer and bluntley told my son " you have to leave we are closed" After he told me this I called the next day and spoke to the manager Fiona.
