Kelli was amazing at the Covington store.
Ordered a watch online and had it shipped here for my fiancée for Christmas. Brought her with me and we got the best service. They sized the watch for her and made sure we were taken care off. This was my second attempt and the last jewelry store we had gone to left a bad taste in my mouth. The sales reps at this one completely changed that feeling and I would highly recommend this location.
Brooklynne was extremely helpful and educated on all the items in store, as well as helping me find exactly what i was looking for!
The store was super clean and Brooklynne was very helpful! All around great service.
