Extremely friendly and helpful sales staff they communicated fantastic and Ema was extremely helpful with my needs.
The team at Kay is so incredibly supportive and helpful! They were there for my fiancé every step of the way and even asked to meet me once she proposed! They were so invested in making the perfect ring for me. I can’t recommend them enough!
Fantastic service and good selection
Weird how my review got taken down. But I dont mind reposting it. This location was responsible for the worst start to an engagement ever. My fiance at the time loved the ring but the seams of the ring were not welded or cast properly so it snapped. We took it back and we're told it would be fixed and cast the correct way but instead they ordered it in a small sized then resized it several sizes larger. Which their customer service very clearly advised against since it weakens the metal and will result in the same problem. T... read more
